Job Title: Accounts Payable & Billing Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: 105-115k

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision insurance 401k

Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in the search for an Accounts Payable & Billing Manager. Our client, located in Charlotte, NC is a well respected law firm. They are looking for an experience Accounts Payable & Billing Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis. Reporting to the controller and working closely with the CFO the Accounts Payable & Billing Manager will manage a team, oversee processes, and assist with escalated and complex issues. The ideal candidate would be able to interview and start shortly after.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day accounts payable and billing activities
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and invoicing
• Evaluate and train a team of AP and Billing Specialists
• Collaborate with internal parties to resolve any transactional issues
• Create relationships with suppliers and handle any inquiries
• Maintain the e-invoicing portal and provide updates to management
• Complete accounts payable and billing reports and deliver to management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience and 5 years of experience with AP and AR
• Experience in legal or professional service industry highly preferred
• Familiarity with e-invoicing software is required
