Responsibilities May Include:

• Providing support for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Processing invoices and facilitating payments.
• Maintaining precise financial records using QuickBooks.
• Generating financial reports from QuickBooks as required.
• Assisting with inventory tracking and costing procedures specific to a manufacturing environment.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Offering general administrative and clerical assistance to the accounting department.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a comparable role.
• Required: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Highly Preferred: Previous work experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
