Position: Full-Time, In-Person Employees in Business, Accounting, and Data Entry

Location: Elmhurst, Queens, NY (In Person & Hybrid Remote)

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for various clients.
- Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks.
- Provide tax planning strategies tailored to clients' specific financial situations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with current tax laws and regulations to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and client management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Interest in business, accounting, and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency with office software and virtual communication tools.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- Fluent in English, and at least limited working proficiency in at least 1 dialect of Chinese (ex: Cantonese, Mandarin, etc)

Compensation: Entry-level salary range: $45,000-65,000, based on experience and qualifications. Mid-senior level salary range: $105,000+/hr
