Job Description
Salary: $94,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or application support
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Keen attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities: - Analyze application and transactional data to enhance business operations and reporting requirements
- Create, maintain, and validate standard reports, dashboards, and data extracts
- Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across various systems
- Assist in gathering requirements for data and reporting requests
- Troubleshoot discrepancies in data and support root cause analysis
- Document data definitions, logic, and reporting methodologies
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, and business users to resolve data issues
- Adhere to established data governance, security, and compliance standards
