### What We're Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years of trust litigation experience.
- Credentials: Active member of the California Bar in good standing.
- Skills: Strong litigation skills, strategic thinking, and a client-focused approach.
### Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150,000 - $205,000 + performance-based bonuses
