We are Jovie, a team of caregivers who are ready companions to families who are trying to control the chaos!  Here at Jovie of Greater Indianapolis, we are on a mission to  reimagine childcare.  

We are currently looking for professional, dependable and enthusiastic caregivers to join our Jovie team!  We have several positions that range from  part-time to full time. Here at Jovie, we work with our talented team to ensure they are getting the hours they want, while maintaining a flexible schedule.   

You focus on the work.  We do the rest.  

• On-call Sitters:  Start up to $15.00/+ hour 
• Mobile Nanny: (Fill in for our Nannies) Start at $16/+ hour
• Make your own work schedule, which can change on a weekly basis 
• Automatic raises at 30, 90 and 180 days
• Regular Paychecks - No need to worry about asking to be paid or filing tax paperwork

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• We are looking for an engaging, child-focused individuals who are willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts and other activities, and provide an attentive and safe environment for the children in their care.
• 1+ years childcare, babysitter or nanny experience, preferably including infant and toddler experience.
• Must have a reliable insured vehicle for travel to family homes.
• Minimum age of 18, valid driver’s license
• Hold a high school diploma/GED
• CPR trained or willing to receive training
