Job Description

The Copper Crust Co in York, PA is looking for front-of-house (FOH) to join our 26 person strong team. We are located on 966 S George St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

Our current needs are:

1 full time and 2 part time

Evening shift 2pm-9pm Tuesday - Saturday

Opening Shift Sunday 6:00am-2pm

Weekend hours are a must.

Salary is based upon experience and availability .

We are looking for full time and part time. Weekends are a must. Schedules are subject to change.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take their orders completely
• Run food to tables and check back to ensure the guest is satisfied
• Clear and sanitize tables and all FOH areas
• Promote menu items and prepare beverages to customer specifications. 
• Notice and talk to guests to ensure they have a great experience
• Follow up and address any concerns guests may have
• Assist bakery with tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized and sanitized workspace to include wiping, mopping and removing trash as needed
• Communicate with the kitchen team as needed
• Stock, restock and organize the stations so that they are ready for the next shift
• And what needs to be done at anyone time.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team towards a common goal
• Outgoing personality
• Good communication skills
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Must be avaible at least 1 weekend day/evening, evenings and able to meet scheduling needs
• Able to be on feet and moving quickly for long periods
• Able to lift and move 40lbs.
