YOU ARE

Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison’s. You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.

You should be a strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture, connect the dots, and identify opportunities that align with organizational goals. You are both creative and analytical, able to approach challenges with fresh ideas while using data and critical thinking to develop practical, impactful solutions.

Business Development Operations Intern

YOUR MISSION

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative solutions that address key business challenges and improve organizational performance.
  • Support project management activities by tracking progress, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timelines are met while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and strategic planning meetings to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Learn about Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other Digital Product best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application- Preferably majoring in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success
  • Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
  • Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
  • Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visas for summer internships
  • Must be aged 18 or older

*Students are responsible for all arrangements of housing and travel

WE OFFER

Interns must be available onsite five days a week at our Dallas Fort Worth locations, for the duration of the entire program.

This is a paid internship.

Internship Pay:  $20.00
