Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in call center, customer service, or phone-based support .
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment .
- Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Five9, Zendesk) .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in remote call center environments or customer support roles .
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach .
Compensation & Benefits:
