We are seeking compassionate Caregivers (PCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide support to our senior population! You will be responsible for ensuring that our participants receive the highest level of care possible in the comfort of their own home. We have multiple positions available to aide participants who reside in Oceanside, San Marcos, Mira Mesa, CA and surrounding areas! Caregivers (PCA) and CNA Responsibilities: * Travel to participant(s) home to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as: Personal Care Services: bathing, dressing, toileting, lift, transfer * Meal Preparation: prepare and clean-up * Daily Living Services including, but not limited to, laundry and grocery pick-up, wipe down, dusting, take out trash * Communicate all incidents, injury, or changes in participant’s condition to supervisor; act and respond quickly in case of emergency Caregivers (PCA) and CNA Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of experience * Weekend Availability * Pass Criminal Background * Pass Physical - TB Test, Varicella, MMR, HEP B, T-Dap, Flu/Influenza * BLS/CPR/First Aid – (Conditions Apply) * Reliable Vehicle, Driver's License, Auto Insurance (if driving) * Pass 4- Panel Drug Test (No THC Testing) * Smart Phone and Email Address Caregivers (PCA) and CNA Benefits: * Family Focused Atmosphere * $100 Referral Bonus (Conditions Apply) * BLS/CPR/First Aid (Conditions Apply) * Flexible Hours and Shifts * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401 (k) for full-time caregivers Pay Rate: $23.00/hour, weekly pay
