We seek an outstanding Chef de Partie / Line Cook who wants to grow their career and live in the Catskills.

$500 signing bonus!

Your Chef de Partie / Lead Line Cook background and abilities should include :

• Proven cooking experience as a cook of upscale cuisine in a restaurant, inn, or hotel
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and thrives under pressure
