Title: Chief Medical Officer 

Full Time Permanent 

Location:  Allentown, Pennsylvania - Hybrid role



Our client is seeking a CMO with real world evidence experience to join their Medical Affairs team. 

• Develop overall Clinical Strategy including clinical studies and the strategic use of real-world data to achieve health economic and marketing goals.
• Align Clinical Strategy with the Marketing Strategy and report to key stake holders the execution progress.
• Develop a high performing team to create and execute clinical studies including clinical data capture using good clinical practices, health economic studies and publication strategies.
• Act as the internal and external medical voice of the patient and clinical user.
• Set standards for all medical activities in North America.
• Serve as an SME for review and investigation of Post Marketing Incidents.
• Collaborate with the Global Chief Medical Officer and other colleagues regarding global clinical studies.
• Partner with internal and external medical experts in the event of issues regarding patient or clinical user safety, and in developing ISO and ICH compliant risk documentation to support the safe use of all BMI products.
• Serve as the Medical SME for all external facing marketing and publication materials.

• 15 years of experience in industry experience in Life Sciences with a focus on Clinical and/or Medical Affairs
  
  
• 10 years of leadership experiences with progressive responsibilities
  Must possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
