Job Description:
Interim HealthCare at Riverwoods in Lewisburg is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to provide personalized care and support in a facility setting. As a member of our team, you'll assist residents with their daily needs and provide essential care in coordination with the nursing team, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, skin care, and oral hygiene
- Assist with toileting, elimination, and ensuring patient comfort
- Follow infection prevention protocols, including hand hygiene and PPE
- Monitor and report vital signs and patient conditions
- Help with mobility, transfers, and exercises
- Assist with patient-related procedures like measuring intake/output, blood glucose monitoring, and collecting specimens
- Administer non-medicated enemas and assist with non-sterile dressings
- Safely assist with patient transport within the facility and monitor physical restraints as needed
Requirements:
- CNA or HHA certification required
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation to RiverWoods in Lewisburg
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
