COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT

An established, reputable, commercial general contractor is looking to add a Traveling Superintendent to their team immediately. This company serves markets including, but not limited to: retail, restaurants, light industrial, car washes, hotels, banks, etc.

TRAVELING COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Must have lead commercial construction experience on commercial projects

· Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry

· Must have experience leading ground up, diverse commercial projects from inception to completion

· Ability to manage and run projects $15M+

· Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's

· Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget

· Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner

· Ability to identify and solve problems

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

* Experience building healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, or federal projects
