Job Title: Construction Compliance and Licensing Officer
Location: St. George, UT
Compensation: $60,000-85,000/year with benefits

Position Overview:
The officer will manage business and construction licensing, permitting, and regulatory compliance, while also overseeing HR functions. Ideal candidates should have expertise in construction regulations and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with state and local licensing and regulations.
• Stay updated on compliance laws and implement changes.
• Verify contractor and employee credentials.
• Develop HR policies and handle documentation.
• Collaborate with management on labor laws and standards.
• Act as a contact for audits and inspections.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction compliance and licensing required.
• HR background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• HR certification preferred but not required.
