MEMCO is hiring for Scaffolding Helpers in North Charleston, SC !!

Full-time and long-term

Hours: 7am-5pm; Monday-Friday with OT available

Pay: $18/hr

FULL PPE, including Steel-toed boots

MEMCO is looking for Skilled Scaffolding Helpers to join our customer's team and contribute to their ongoing success. As a Skilled Scaffold Helper , you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects by performing a range of tasks related to scaffolding installation, maintenance, and dismantling. We are seeking individuals with experience in construction and a strong understanding of safety practices .

What You'll Do:

• Assemble, dismantle, and install scaffolding on job sites
• Measure, cut, and shape materials to meet project needs
• Work with the team to complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Inspect scaffolding for stability and safety while following all safety guidelines
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Communicate with supervisors and crew to coordinate work and solve issues
• Promote a positive, safety-focused team environment.

What You Need:

• Construction experience, preferably in scaffolding or similar work
• Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and safety practices
• Ability to handle physical labor in various weather conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must have full PPE, including steel-toed boots.

This is a Temp to Hire position.

A pre-employment drug screen will be required for this position.
