You have expertise in creating a detailed plan for ultra-luxury residential construction projects that will guide all other stakeholders in their roles.
You are an experienced Senior Project Manager in the ultra-luxury residential custom home sector and want to enhance your expertise.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

Proven track record with experience managing at least one residential project from the ground up in South Florida, ideally luxury residential.
A solid foundation in structural design is essential, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, luxury finishes.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.
You are results-driven with excellent communication skills from the field to the boardroom, along with good project team mentor and leadership skills.
You get things done with a keen eye to ensure projects are on budget, reach key milestones and deliverables, follow project timeline and minimize risks, while maintaining high-quality standards.
May oversee projects extending to Miami, with weekly visits needed for key stakeholder meetings.
Experience with Procore and Vista Viewpoint software a plus.
