DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• Proven track record with experience managing at least one residential project from the ground up in South Florida, ideally luxury residential.
• A solid foundation in structural design is essential, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, luxury finishes.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.
• You are results-driven with excellent communication skills from the field to the boardroom, along with good project team mentor and leadership skills.
• You get things done with a keen eye to ensure projects are on budget, reach key milestones and deliverables, follow project timeline and minimize risks, while maintaining high-quality standards.
• May oversee projects extending to Miami, with weekly visits needed for key stakeholder meetings.
• Experience with Procore and Vista Viewpoint software a plus.
