Job Description

A local construction company is seeking to add an experienced Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to their construction team. This company has been in the industry for decades and have established themselves as a respected leader in the industry. They are a general contractor that specializes in commercial new construction projects and commercial renovations. The current Senior Project Manager position is a management position within the company.

Qualifications to be Considered:

* 10 years experience in construction, with an emphasis on commercial construction
* Graduated from an accredited university with studies in construction, engineering or business preferred
* Abililty and knowledge to manage multiple construction projects concurrently
* Completed projects that reflect commercial experience suitable for applying
* Organizational skills to direct resources and adhere to project timelines
* Great communication skills with clients, subcontractors and staff
* Foster a positive culture and support the company mission as a department leader
