Accounting Manager/Controller Requirements:

CPA Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance - 4+ years of progressive experience
Manufacturing cost accounting experience (mandatory)
Large company ($75M+), matrix driven reporting structure experience (preferred)
Experience implementing structure using an ERP and developing SOPs (preferred)
Experience working with multiple operations Outside the United States is a plus (Planning, Foreign Exchange, Consolidation, reporting, Tax, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with fantastic communication skills
Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills - highly proficient in Excel or equivalent
Expert knowledge of GAAP principals and monthly/quarterly/year-end close
