Delicious Cakes! in Addison, TX is looking for one very awesome full time elegant wedding cake decorator to join our team. We are located at 14819 Inwood Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Qualifications/Requirement:

• Be able to decorate complex Fondant wedding cakes. Must have experience.
• Be able to stack up to 3 tiered custom wedding cakes. Must have experience stacking cakes. We do not train.
• Be able to work with custom cake design with Sugar and chocolate works.
• Strong organization skills and ability to multitask in fast paced kitchen
• Excellent work ethic - be on time to work, be able to manage time, project management
• Deadline oriented, leadership, and recognize details
• Food Handler certified -current
• Minimum 2+ years of wedding, and custom cake decorating experience
• Bi-lingual in English & Spanish
• Must show portfolio of current decorating works including tiered wedding cakes, and custom cakes.

Responsibilities:

• Decorate wedding cakes and custom cakes to detail weekly
• Be able to work and create structural custom cakes using Fondant, decoration props, and toppers weekly
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts every day
• Help team with cleaning & organizing kitchen area
• Teamwork, following order direction, and work together with in-house team, and the store management team to deliver outstanding finished products on time.
