Cyber Security Analyst

RCS is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to perform cyber analytics independently at the Tier 3 level.

This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Chantilly, VA. Relocation assistance is not available.



What you will do:

• Review logs at both the raw and processed log levels
• Experience with data aggregation and analysis tools (e.g., Splunk, Kibana)

Required Qualifications/Education:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
• Technically relevant degree and 3+ years of experience
• Scripting languages, ideally Python
• Knowledge of AI capabilities and applications for data analytics
• Engineering Linux or Windows systems
• System administration duties may be performed, such as compiling, installing, and building AI solutions, as well as developing automation for security across multiple platforms
• Must be comfortable in a non-SOP environment and willing to leverage critical thinking skills
• No set core hours but schedule must be reasonable
