Position Summary

Hommati.com is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage, enter, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems. This role is essential to ensuring data integrity, smooth operations, and consistent information for internal teams and franchise owners. The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, and able to work efficiently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and digital platforms.
• Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Perform quality checks to identify and correct errors.
• Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
• Assist with data cleanup projects, reporting, and ongoing data management initiatives.
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify missing or unclear information.
• Follow established workflows and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus.
• 1+ year of experience in data entry, administrative work, or related tasks.
• Strong typing and computer skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
