Director of Operations

Position Overview
The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the operational functions of the organization. This position is responsible for developing operational strategies, ensuring efficient processes, and driving performance across various departments to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational performance.
• Lead initiatives for process improvement and operational excellence.
• Manage budgets and forecasting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in public accounting or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of operations and project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
