Job Description

• Develop and execute a strategic sales and business development plan for the GIS Division.
• Build, nurture, and expand client relationships , particularly with government agencies, utilities, transportation, and enterprise organizations.
• Drive lead generation, proposal development, and deal closures to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Leverage SVK Systems' ESRI partnership to expand GIS product and service offerings.
• Work closely with the executive leadership team to position SVK Systems as a leader in GIS solutions .
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and ESRI partner activities .
• Mentor and build a high-performing sales team as the division grows.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales/business development, with at least 5 years in GIS/Geospatial solutions sales .
• Strong knowledge of ESRI products, GIS services, and geospatial technologies .
• Proven track record of building new client relationships and driving multimillion-dollar deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .
• Ability to operate at a strategic C-level with clients and partners.
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Business, GIS, or related field.
