Summary of the Role
Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader to map and document end-to-end payroll processes. You’ll lead working sessions with SMEs, produce high-quality process maps and opportunity assessments, capture performance metrics, and use company-approved AI tools to accelerate documentation and workshop prep.
Key Responsibilities
Process Mapping & Documentation : Build clear process maps (Miro/Lucidchart/Visio), narratives, and supporting materials; ensure standard formats and consistency.
Facilitation & Collaboration : Plan and run virtual workshops with SMEs across regions; validate flows, decisions, and exceptions; align with Process/Document Owners and CI Leads.
Opportunity & Metrics : Draft opportunity assessment readouts (efficiency, automation, standardization); define and track process performance metrics with project leads.
Governance & Tracking : Maintain a documentation inventory and status tracker; manage review cycles; incorporate feedback to finalize deliverables.
AI-Enabled Delivery : Leverage approved AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to draft documentation, workshop materials, and summaries.
Required Experience & Skills
3+ years in process improvement, documentation, or operational support (global/cross-functional work preferred)
Hands-on process mapping expertise (Miro, Lucidchart, Visio/BPMN) with strong writing/editing skills
Collaboration and facilitation across time zones; clear verbal/written communication
Analytical, tech-savvy problem solver; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to apply AI tools to streamline documentation and analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in finance/payroll , HR operations, or supply chain
Background in business process management within large/global organizations
3+ years overall experience (finance, payroll, BPM, or supply chain emphasis)
