Job Description

Join our client's facility in Elkridge, MD, as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler with a global leader in industrial automation systems. This temp-to-perm position offers the potential for full-time employment. You will play a key role in assembling conveyors, control panels, and large mechanical systems, contributing to innovative electronics manufacturing solutions. We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble conveyors and electro-mechanical devices following engineering specifications.
• Perform soldering of printed circuit boards (PCB) and other electrical components.
• Conduct manufacturing operations on assemblies and subassemblies of moderate to high complexity.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and resolve issues.
• Provide feedback to improve manufacturability and product quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Materials teams to optimize processes.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1 years in electronic or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Skills:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Expertise in soldering techniques for PCBs and electrical components.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Location: Elkridge, Maryland

Pay Rate: $21 $24 per hour (weekly pay)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1st shift
