Job Description

Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for mixed-use, commercial, and residential land development projects, along with industrial, sports, schools, and other site development types.

In this role, you will perform a variety of routine drafting and design assignments, enhancing your knowledge and experience with engineering and design staff, methods, practices, and programs under direct supervision. You will work closely with technical staff to identify and implement the best approaches to address engineering and design needs, contributing to the creation of detailed site plans and layouts that meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.

You bring to the team:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• Associate degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design or related field
• 0-5 years of relevant CAD drafting experience
• Basic understanding of CAD drafting software such as AutoCAD Civil3D
