Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Boston, MA . Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The client service representative is an entry-level position working under direct supervision. It is responsible for monitoring client custody operations and service levels.
  • The Client Service Representative also assists more senior team members with client conversions, reporting, and analyses.
  • Proactively respond to custody-related client inquiries daily.
  • Work with internal departments to prioritize and resolve client requests and deliverables.
  • Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to manage client inquiries effectively.
  • Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools, and products.
  • Assist in maintaining and reporting on client service-related metrics.
  • Participate in team-based project work and audits.
  • Complete monthly reporting requirements.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and the willingness to learn.
