Glenns Commercial Service, located in Louisville, KY family owned, growth minded, industry leader in Commercial Refrigeration, HVAC & Food Service. This entry level position is primarily responsible for assistance to our daily service operations. Duties include communication with service technicians and customers, quoting & bidding repairs, ordering parts, reviewing work orders and providing cross-departmental coverage. Customer focus and the ability to project a professional company image through in-person, email and telephone interaction is essential. Performing the following duties requires excellent organizational and strong communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Seeking an entry level candidate with a strong computer & phone skills and an aptitude to grow and learn in a fast paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Coordinate materials sourcing assisting as needed with material, parts and equipment ordering while maximizing productivity and performance to estimate for service repairs.
· Effectively interact with our service technicians through direct and indirect communication while portraying positive motivation and a team spirit.
· Assure open and timely communication with technicians via phone, emails, board postings and one-on-one routine meetings.
· Provide customer follow-up and proactive communications with technicians.
· Routinely interact with customers, internal and external, maintaining composure and professional representation that delivers a superior customer experience.
· Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation and information exchanged with internal and external customers.
· Ability to function in a fast paced environment and the ability to resolve conflict for internal and external customers as needed.
· Participate in in daily, weekly and monthly review meetings as needed.
· Crosstrain as backup for other service department positions as needed.
· Additional duties as assigned.
