JOB SUMMARY
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of the US Foundation of Global Disciples.

GOAL
This job exists to effectively:

• Schedule and plan for US Foundation, & President’s Team’s meetings by coordinating agendas, assembling packets, and taking/disseminating minutes.
• Enable the Executive Director to fulfill and excel in all aspects of his responsibilities, allowing him to focus on his areas of strength and primary responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain an overall awareness and understanding of the US Foundation of Global Disciples’ current activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep presentation materials and meeting minutes available for the Executive Director & Board meetings, assuring that printed packets and digital files are archived and accessible.
• Take minutes for US Foundation Board and other meetings as requested.
• Greet Executive Director’s visitors at the Lancaster Office and escort to the appropriate area for meetings.
• Schedule meetings, and perform related duties such as preparing materials, coordinating catering, arranging conference and Zoom calls, and A/V for the US Foundation Board.
• File and retrieve documents, records, and reports and submit the Executive Director’s expense receipts.
• Accept responsibility for special projects, assignments, and other administrative duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a committed follower of Jesus Christ and an active member of a Christian church.
• Passion for the mission and work of Global Disciples and alignment with its statement of faith, goals, purposes, and objectives.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep a variety of projects moving forward.
• Excellent computer skills, including mastery of Microsoft Office Suite & Office 365.
• Ability to take initiative in decision-making.
• Adaptable, with a pleasant demeanor and positive interaction with others.
• Capacity for and enjoyment of working independently.
