At Mallard, the Executive Sous Chef will be involved in all aspects of running a busy kitchen producing high-level, playful Southern Fine Dining. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: contributing to ordering, prep, recipe development, expediting, staffing, training, labor and cost management. The right candidate will work very closely with the Chef/Partner and General Manager to continue to execute great cuisine in a fast-paced environment.
