Job Description We are one of Birmingham's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies and are currently seeking highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades. You will work out of your home on your choice of a full time or part-time basis, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in Birmingham and nearby areas.

Experienced Carpenter / Handyman Qualifications - Successful prior track record or experience with the following: Carpentry, Craftsman, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical
- Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
- Own truck van and set of tools to perform all of the above trades
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Residence within 40 miles of the city of Trussville
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Experienced Carpenter / Handyman Duties - Able to analyze a problem independently with strong problem-solving skills to determine a prompt solution
- Prepare estimate on repairs along with timeline and budge to present to customer in a professional manner
- Conduct repairs or complete projects in the trades of carpentry, titling, drywall, plumbing and electrical work and other handyman work
- Ability to effectively communicate with other craftsman’s, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, commercial customers, and Ace Handyman Management regarding projects, timelines, and budgets
- Must be able to manage project from start to finish and complete within estimate and/or budget
- Must produce quality Craftsmanship that delivers 100% customer satisfaction
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
