Overview:

Carle Health is seeking an additional  Advanced Practice Provider  to join our Express Care Team in the Greater Peoria Region in Illinois.

Opportunity Details:

• Limited lab and X-ray on site
• Clinic hours range from 8am-8pm; Express locations are open 365 days per year
• Candidates must be willing to float to our other Urgent Care and Express Care locations in the Greater Peoria Region
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
• Average patients/day will vary based on clinic location
• Willingness to work weekends, weekdays, and evenings; schedule will include holidays shared amongst the group
• No call requirements
• Be part of a strong, stable, financially-sound and innovative healthcare system

Education Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant

 

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

Provider Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $59.38 - $77.20/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
