We are seeking Facilities Project Management Interns to support the Project Management team at our New Hampshire Campuses. Responsibilities will include:
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Documentation and Reporting: Help maintain project documentation, prepare status updates, and analyze data to provide insight to project performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work with project managers and assistant project managers to help support communication with our internal customers, contractors, and functional stakeholders to assure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Project Quality Assurance: Support the project teams by participating in inspections and jobsite walks while learning about industry standards, regulations, and our internal customer requirements.
- Problem Solving: Participate in weekly project status and design meetings to gain exposure to resolving project related issues and design challenges.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by Manager.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor Degree program in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar discipline.
- Must have completed Sophomore year at a 4 year university
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $44660 - $60280
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
