Who We Need
Forge Management is seeking a versatile maintenance professional who can transform everyday repairs into positive resident experiences. As our Facilities Tech I, you'll serve as the primary in-unit service provider—handling a wide range of maintenance needs with skill and care while contributing to the overall property appearance and functionality that makes our communities places where vivid stories can unfold.

Your approach balances technical competence with genuine care for resident experience, understanding that how you interact with residents is as important as the repairs you complete. You take pride in creating well-maintained living environments and approach each day with flexibility and a service mindset. Experience in residential maintenance or facilities management is essential, as is your ability to prioritize effectively in a varied role.
