We are seeking an experienced and passionate Family Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatments
Manage patient care, including symptom management, pain control, and medication reconciliation
Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited university
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of [State]
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
