Individuals we have added to this internal Recovery Cadre pipeline will receive first consideration for future openings that align with their skillset and interests. **If you are interested in active open positions where we would be looking at immediate hire, please review the other openings on our website.** The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) Program Delivery Manager will be responsible for providing support to clients associated with the FEMA PA Program and/or other special programs as needed. The FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager (PDMG) may be assigned to different environments. Depending on the project, these **may include working remotely, intermittent travel to client sites, or potentially longer-term travel** on deployments. **Responsibilities for the FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager Include:** + Support local governments and private non-profits recovering from natural disasters through federal funding programs, namely the FEMA PA program. + Support the administrative process of the recovery program through collection of documentation covering damage reports, financial information, facility maintenance records, and other relevant data. + Assist these clients with ensuring their costs are eligible for funding based on the FEMA PA program policy, process, and compliance rules. + Partner with clients to take this collected information and contribute to project formulation efforts, namely creating well-crafted FEMA PA Project Worksheets (PWs). + Contribute to other recovery efforts outside of the FEMA PA program as assigned. **Qualifications for the FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager Include:** + A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience preferably in management consulting or in a role directly supporting the FEMA PA Program. + A bachelor-s degree in a related field (e.g., economics, political science, public policy, emergency management, business administration). + Previous experience with financial analysis and reconciliation. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP). + Strong communication skills, including written and verbal. **Compensation for the FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager Includes:** + Salary range of $70,000 - $150,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs. + Comprehensive benefits program, including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending accounts (FSA) for health and transit/parking, short- and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and more.
