Job Title:  FP&A Analyst

Position Summary:
Client is excited to announce a new role within the Financial Planning & Analysis team due to organizational growth. The FP&A Analyst will report directly to the VP Finance and will work closely with senior/executive leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide insightful financial analysis and support for business operations across all management levels.
• Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Prepare presentations for board and shareholder meetings, as well as monthly and quarterly leadership sessions.
• Conduct scenario modeling to facilitate portfolio growth and development.
• Analyze financial performance and assist management in understanding variances from plans.
• Develop and implement routine analytical reviews of financial and operational metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all levels and departments, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Seeking an eager, early-career professional who is ready to learn and grow within the organization. While experience in oil and gas is not mandatory, a background in manufacturing will be beneficial. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Skills and Competencies:

• Experience in a manufacturing/O&G environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to communicate findings effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with OneStream, SAP, and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of financial analysis experience.
• BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• CPA or MBA is a plus.

Compensation:
Target salary range is $90k-$105k based on experience
