What You’ll Do:

As a Flexologist, you’ll deliver customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions that help clients achieve their movement and wellness goals. You’ll also receive paid training through our proprietary Flexologist Training Program (FTP) to ensure you’re equipped to provide effective, safe, and personalized stretching experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through professional, customized assisted stretch sessions tailored to their unique needs.
• Educate clients on the benefits of stretching for flexibility, mobility, and overall health.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust, retention, and satisfaction.
• Promote memberships and packages to support clients’ long-term wellness goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Collaborate with the StretchLab team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking fitness and wellness professionals who are:

• Certified or experienced in fitness, wellness, or bodywork (e.g., personal trainers, massage therapists, physical therapists, yoga/Pilates instructors).
• Passionate about helping others and committed to improving clients’ quality of life.
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and grow with a willingness to master StretchLab’s proprietary techniques.
• Team players who thrive in a supportive, fun, and wellness-focused environment.
