Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate Understanding and application of FAA regulations and aviation policy and safety protocols Ability to interpret flight monitoring systems or similar technical platforms Knowledge of weather patterns and their impact on flight operations

Key job responsibilities
Prior experience in aviation drone operations or a similar real-time monitoring role Experience with technical or engineering record keeping methods and tools Excellent decision-making capabilities under pressure Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- 2 years of in a safety-critical role experience
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
- Knowledge of weather patterns for flight operations
- Knowledge of Flight Safety Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Flight Operations regulations and procedures
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- Can carry/lift up to 50 lbs stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours and frequently push pull squat bend and reach
- Travel up to 25% of the time
- Experience interpreting flight monitoring systems or similar technical platforms
- Experience with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations or similar technical platforms
- Experience developing and delivering training programs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $62800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $138700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
