• Itinerary Crafting: Create tailored travel itineraries that align with clients' desires, ensuring they have a memorable stay from start to finish.
• Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with hotels and resorts to secure the best deals, rates, and amenities for our clients.
• Problem-Solving: Provide support when challenges arise, resolving issues quickly to keep travel plans on track.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, hotel offerings, and travel updates to provide expert advice and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience Preferred: Previous experience in hotel reservations, travel services, or customer support is ideal but not required.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with reservation systems and general computer applications.
