Key Responsibilities
Creative Design
Use Adobe Creative Suite to develop engaging designs for marketing materials, websites, infographics, and more.
Design deliverables that align with marketing strategies and resonate with target audiences.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh, actionable ideas.
Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to create cohesive, brand-aligned designs.
Project Management
Manage multiple projects effectively, meeting deadlines using project management tools.
Maintain organized files, including photo, video, and design assets, in accordance with established processes.
Support the Creative or Art Director on additional design tasks as needed.
Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards by obtaining necessary approvals.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with team members across creative, copywriting, and production departments to deliver impactful results.
Regularly communicate with the team to ensure alignment and progress on projects.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of integrated design across various channels, including digital, social media, mobile, offline, and print.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal oversight.
A portfolio that demonstrates innovative, bold designs supporting business goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Design or Marketing.
Work Environment
This is a remote freelance role that offers flexibility and creative autonomy. You'll need a quiet, ergonomic workspace with reliable internet access to participate in virtual meetings and collaborate effectively. The role involves extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and virtual communication requiring clear speech and hearing.
