Our members sign up to train with a designated squad & coach twice a week which emphasizes consistency, camaraderie, and accountability. Additionally we offer a wide range of additional classes (Strength, conditioning, pilates & run club/programs) to allow our members to customize their training to best reach their goals. With an emphasis on community and accountability, our programs create an environment where members feel supported and motivated. We specialize in delivering long-term results through high retention, with 97% of our clientele sticking around well beyond the industry average.
About the Role:
As an Athletic Clubs Coach you are more than an instructor. You play an instrumental role in the progress and happiness of your members. In addition to delivering an unparalleled coaching experience, you’ll positively contribute to The ACs culture and uphold our core values: Welcoming, Attentive, Consistent, Accountable and Intentional. We are currently hiring coaches across all classes -- Strength & Conditioning, Run Club & Advanced Performance Squads, with a focus on our Williamsburg location.
