Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Palo Alto, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and engaging top talent across various technology disciplines. This position requires a driven and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and engage candidates with relevant experience for a variety of technology-focused roles.
- Conduct thorough resume screenings and initial candidate interviews to evaluate skills and suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to manage the recruitment process effectively.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and professionalism.
- Stay informed on hiring trends and recruitment best practices to improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technology roles.
- Proven expertise in corporate recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Strong skills in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
