What You'll Do
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and vendors.
Proactively reach out to prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team.
Motivate and collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed sales goals.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
Consistently meet or surpass personal and team sales targets.
Accurately record customer interactions and appointment details in our CRM system.
Provide clear and timely reports on activity and performance to management.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Previous lead generation, appointment setting, or sales experience preferred.
Education: BA/BS in Customer Service or equivalent experience.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment & Schedule
Fully remote position—work from home!
Office/call center-style environment.
Schedule varies based on department needs and seasonality.
40 hours per week, working 5-6 days per week, including some evenings and weekends.
