Role Description
This is a contract base (1-2 residential projects/month) on-site role for an Interior Designer at Golden View Renovation in San Jose, CA. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, project management, and FF&E selection.
Requirements:
* Must have reliable transportation and be located in the San Jose Bay Area.
* Must be freelancer
* 5+ years of experience in residential design.
Qualifications
* Space Planning and Architecture skills
* Construction Drawings expertise
* Interior Design and FF&E knowledge
* Experience in creating innovative and functional design solutions
* Strong attention to detail and organization skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team
* Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
