**Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst (Remote, North America)**

**About the Role:**

We are on the lookout for a skilled Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position based in North America, with an immediate start available. In this role, you will collaborate with innovative internet, software, and disruptive consumer companies to facilitate mergers, acquisitions, and financing projects.

**Responsibilities:**

- Executing mergers, acquisitions, and financing assignments for our clients.
- Conducting comprehensive research and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Developing marketing documentation and financial models.
- Performing valuation analyses and insightful competitive analyses.
- Managing projects and teams effectively to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

**What We're Looking For:**

- **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- **Experience:** At least two years in investment banking, management consulting, or transaction services with a Big 4 firm. Previous M&A or relevant internship experience is a plus.
- **Skills:**
- Proven ability to create marketing documentation, model transactions, and conduct insightful competitive and valuation analyses.
- Strong people and project management skills.
- Excellent financial modeling experience in Excel and proficient PowerPoint skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to produce high-quality work products in a short period.
- **Passion:** A genuine enthusiasm for finance, investment banking, and e-commerce.
