What You’ll Be Doing:

• Content moderation : Review and monitor user-generated content in Italian, ensuring it complies with community guidelines, policies, and legal standards.
• Report violations : Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for users.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other team members and internal departments to ensure the consistent application of content standards.
• Maintain quality : Ensure that moderation decisions are fair, consistent, and aligned with the platform's policies and values.
• Stay informed : Keep up with changes in content policies and trends to ensure the highest standard of moderation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken): You will be moderating content in Italian, so fluency is essential.
• Strong attention to detail : A keen eye for identifying content issues and inconsistencies quickly and accurately.
• Good judgment : Ability to make fair and responsible decisions when reviewing content, ensuring that community guidelines are upheld.
• Able to work under pressure : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing a high volume of content.
• Previous experience in content moderation (preferred but not required): Experience in content moderation or working with online communities is an advantage, but we’re open to training the right candidate.
• Comfortable with hybrid or onsite work : Enjoy the flexibility of choosing a hybrid or onsite work setup in Malta.
• Tech-savvy : Proficient with content management tools, and eager to learn new platforms and systems.
