Campbell Ewald is looking for a Junior Art Director .
Our ideal candidate will be a problem solver who's part storyteller, part designer, and part experience-maker. We value different perspectives and love unique backgrounds. We want our candidates to bring their unique interests, passions, and backgrounds to help reflect the customers we are trying to reach. Whether it's driving sales, building a brand, promoting a cause or igniting a movement, at Campbell Ewald we build brands people can belong to.
Collaborative, passionate, confident, detail obsessed, fast and smart should all be words others have used to describe you. Candidates should have stellar art direction and design skills. Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma are a must. Experience with video editing, animation, and AI software (Midjourney) highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Portfolio school a plus. Portfolio demonstrating conceptual and design abilities required.
Above all, we are looking for a creative thinker and skilled designer who is passionate about advertising. We work hard, have fun, and most of all, have the desire to be doing great work.
