The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analytics Engineer to join our growing Data Analytics team. This role is designed for someone eager to learn and grow under the guidance of a senior team member, gaining hands-on experience with the end-to-end development of modern data products, while also developing the initiative to explore new tools, concepts, and methods that may benefit the business.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines that pull from databases and APIs.
• Write and refine code to transform, clean, and process data for business use.
• Contribute to collaborative projects using Git repositories and modern development practices.
• Package and deploy solutions using Dockerfiles to Microsoft Azure Container Apps or Azure Container Jobs.
• Support stakeholders with reports and dashboards to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Strong interest in data, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
• Familiarity with using SQL, Python, or another programming language (academic, project, or internship experience welcome).
• Curiosity about how data flows through systems and how it can be transformed into insights.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and explore both data analysis and engineering practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, courteous, and responsive when supporting internal users and stakeholders.

Compensation/Benefits

Compensation is $22.11/hour. We also offer a full benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, Flex Spending Account, fitness reimbursement and 401k with match.
